Step 1: Locate Your Confirmation Emails
Two emails are sent automatically after checkout:
- Order Confirmation: Arrives immediately after payment clears, containing your order reference number and a digital receipt.
- Dispatch Notification: Sent once the warehouse ships your package, containing the tracking code and the carrier assigned to your delivery.
If neither email appears in your inbox within 48 hours, check your spam or junk folder for messages from BuyGoods (the authorized fulfillment partner).
Step 2: Check Status Through the Fulfillment Partner

Q: Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
If the order has not yet been dispatched, an address change may still be possible. Email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and the corrected address.
Q: Tracking shows “delivered” but the package is not here. What now?
Check porches, mailrooms, building reception areas, and with neighbors. Carriers sometimes scan delivery shortly before the actual drop-off. If the package does not surface within 24 hours, contact our team and we will coordinate with the carrier.
